When angry Ivar accuses Erik of stealing his axe, the whole Viking village is in uproar. But young Erik and his friends are convinced the Goblins have taken it, so they set off to get it back…
Far away in Asgard, Fenrir the Wolf-monster is terrorising the Norse Gods. Hel, queen of the underworld, suggests asking the goblins for a magic chain – but will Thor remember the message? And what is Loki up to?
Erik and friends power through their eventful quest with riddles to answer, an encounter with Thor, and capture by the hilariously awful Goblins. It’s a good job that Hildi’s clever, Leif can read runes, and Ingrid’s got an endless supply of honey cakes…
They’re in another tight corner when Ivar turns up. Of course, it’s up to the kids to deal with the Wolf-monster, despite Loki’s tricks, before they go home in triumph.
And the axe? That’d be telling…
